Key features of the Empower Partner Program platform include a deal and bid registration tool for partners to quicky register their deal and receive incentivised pricing, an accessory and product configurator to optimise their accessory recommendations to customers, as well as a plethora of sales and marketing tools, interactive training programs and courses, and easy access to technical support.
This program caters to partners who sell to businesses, enterprises, and vertical customers, such as value-added resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and technology services brokers. There are three different levels of partnership available, each offering different levels of program access and benefits, based on a partner’s level of commitment and performance:
- Associate: entry-level partnership tier granting partners access to the program
- Partner: for more engaged partners who want to be rewarded for their increased collaboration and investment in the program
- Partner Plus: an exclusive level of partner access for highly committed partners with access to all resources and support available through the program
