Shipping Information

How long does shipping take?

The recent Covid-19 situation in the UK meant that rail, air and boat traffic to the UK from mainland Europe was temporarily suspended, causing issues for DPD, our carrier, to deliver parcels from our warehouse in the Netherlands to the UK.

Following the lifting of these restrictions, we are still awaiting confirmation from DPD that normal service has been resumed, pending clearance of the large backlog caused.  In the meantime orders can still be placed on the website, but will be held until it is possible to ship again.  If you have already placed an order and it has not already arrived in the UK, please bear with us.  If your order is being held and you can't wait longer than the standard 3-5 days for delivery, please notify us and we will look to refund your order in full.

It is hoped that the backlog will be cleared soon, and we can resume our normal service, at which point we will issue an update on our website.

Has my order shipped?
When your order ships you will automatically receive an email alert. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email you can always login into your account to check your order status or click the “View your order” link in your original order confirmation email.


How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking number for your order will be available on the order status page once your order ships. You can access the order status page via the “View your order” link included in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you have your tracking number to hand you can check the status of your delivery here.


Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?
At this time, orders placed on uk.Targus.com can only be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom. For Germany, France and Spain please visit eu.Targus.comTo purchase Targus products in other countries, go to our international page and select your country.


Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the shipping address after you submit your order. Orders with physical shipments are immediately sent to our fulfilment centre to be packaged and shipped and cannot be retrieved or changed. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfilment centre and a credit will be made to your account.

What is your return policy?

How do I request a return?
Please visit our Return Portal and look up your order using the order number and the email address associated with the order or login to your account, view your order and click “Request a return”.


How do I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are only accepted on orders that have not shipped. Please note that due to the speed of order processing we may not be able to cancel your order. To request cancellation of your order please contact our Customer Support team on 020 7744 0330 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).


When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Please allow 10-14 business days for any refunds resulting from an order cancellation or return to process and appear on your credit card statement.


Do I have to pay for the cost of returning the product?
Customers returning products would be required to arrange and pay for the shipping back to our head office in the UK. Costs would vary depending on the service and carrier selected by the customer, and the location being shipped from. In some instances Targus would arrange and pay for the returns, but these would be assessed individually based on specific circumstances.
